Every week there is a thread with the “Top 50 AIs” and half of them are not directly related to the architecture you are trying to use in a real workflow, it seems for a while. For me, if it doesn’t remove the barrier to trying to save time, money, then it’s out.

So, this is not a flashy demo. Anything that I can use myself, do the work, or have a small team implement the submissions week after week. Some hope to see one or two underestimated people are more effective than they are.

1. ChatGPT – It’s still a multi-purpose tool. SOPs, customer response brainstorming, data cleansing, many high-level proposals can be done. Businesses that succeed at doing this build a functional workflow around it rather than just throwing it out there.

2. Claude – In my experience, it’s better for long-term thinking and writing. Poly Document, Draft Strat, and anything that requires finesse rather than mechanical precision.

3. Perplexity – This is an underrated internet for research-based businesses. Instead of guessing, you get answers quickly with references. If you do content, successful university or market work, it saves hours upon hours.

4. Midjourney (brands need constant visuals (ads, thumbnails, landing pages), for them it reduces the vote to use for design if done right.

5. Zapier (AI feature) – This will help bring your team together. This is where the time saving comes in by automating lead routing CRM updates, onboarding emails.

6. Reclaim AI (Reclaim AI) – This helps if your calendar feels like a battlefield. It automatically blocks out time to focus, changes the agenda when meetings come up, and creates a deep work tone without constantly reorganizing for a week. Small changes, big recoveries.
